This project focused on planning and conducting a usability test for a travel booking website. The objective was to evaluate how easily users could complete common travel-related tasks, identify usability issues, and recommend design improvements based on participant feedback and observations.
Evaluate the usability of an existing travel website by observing real users as they completed key tasks, then analyze the results to identify opportunities for improving the overall user experience.
